Can I change the name or email address that appears when sending my monthly campaign?
Yes, you can change the “from name” and email address that will appear as the sender of your email campaign.
Simply click on the “make changes” button at the bottom of your campaign draft to access your campaign on our self-approval platform.
Update the “Update Email Settings” section with the new details and save. Your information will only need to be updated once, as our system will save it for next time.
Note: Your OneAffiniti campaigns are set up to send four business days after the date you receive your first draft. Please make sure to review your campaign and request or make changes within this time frame.
