Can I update my account information before I send my campaign?

Yes, you can update account information yourself via our self-approval platform including:

  • Company Name
  • Website
  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • About Us

Your information will only need to be updated once, as we’ll save it for next time.

Simply click on the  “make changes” button at the bottom of your campaign draft to access the self-approval platform.

Note: Your OneAffiniti campaigns are set up to send four business days after the date you receive your first draft. Please make sure to review your campaign and request or make changes within this time frame.
